What total shoulder replacement at HR Clinic involves
The worn joint surfaces are replaced. Which type of replacement is right depends on the state of the rotator cuff, which is assessed before anything is planned. Shoulder surgery is priced approximately £3,300–£8,000 depending on the procedure. You receive a written quote for your own case before you commit to anything. Travel and accommodation are not included, and we can give you guidance on arranging both.

Knee procedures and prices
These are fixed prices for the operation itself, including the hospital stay. Travel and accommodation are not included. Prices are indicative and set in EUR; your written quote confirms the final amount.
Partial knee replacement
From GBP 5,500. Includes the operation itself performed by Prof. Dr. Hart, anaesthesia, theatre costs, and a post-operative check before you fly home.
Meniscus transplant (replacement)
From GBP 5,150. Includes the hospital stay (normally one day) and full written operative records for your GP or consultant in the UK.
Knee realignment (high tibial osteotomy)
From GBP 4,450. A joint-preserving procedure performed in our modern private clinic under EU medical standards.
Knee cartilage repair
From GBP 3,900. Carefully planned following a thorough medical review of your scans and history by our consultant.
Patellar (kneecap) instability surgery
From GBP 3,550. Conducted by an experienced orthopaedic surgeon with an English-speaking team supporting you throughout.
ACL reconstruction
From GBP 3,200. Covers the procedure as listed and is confirmed in writing once we have reviewed your scans.

How long will I be in Czechia?
The hospital stay is normally one day. We confirm the full schedule, including your pre-operative review and discharge check, when we plan your trip.
What if there is a problem after I get home?
We provide full operative records for your GP or consultant so that any doctor treating you has the complete surgical detail, and you can contact your coordinator directly.
Do you help with the travel arrangements?
If your case is suitable, we can help organise the treatment journey, including guidance on travel and accommodation.
What is not included in the price?
Flights and accommodation. Everything covered by the surgical price is itemised in your written quote.
